A novel approach to the cylindrical lampshade, Oak Shade utilises a hook-and-groove design that eliminates the need for glue or plastic during assembly. Four sheets of paper (two transparent and two opaque) are woven together using paper needles and slotted onto a plywood base.

 

Oak Shade will bring warmth and sophistication to your space, whether it's your bedroom, living room, or study. The nature-inspired shapes complement the grain of the paper, creating silhouettes through which light radiates. Paper needles add a functional yet ornamental touch. The exterior layer is made from 100% recycled cartridge paper, while the needles are 100% hemp paper.

 

The lampshade is semi-assembled with instructions on how to finish putting it together.
