A novel approach to the cylindrical lampshade, Sycamore Shade uses a hook-and-groove design that eliminates the need for glue or plastic when assembling. Four sheets of paper (two transparent and two opaque) are woven together using paper needles and slotted onto a plywood base.

 

Sycamore Shade will bring warmth and sophistication to your space, whether it's your bedroom, living room, or study. The nature-inspired shapes complement the grain of the paper, while creating silhouettes through which the light radiates. Paper needles add a functional yet ornamental touch. The exterior layer is made from 100% recycled cartridge paper, while the needles are 100% hemp paper.
